Cretbee test determines that if your product does not fall, flood, unauthorized disassembly and modification, during the warranty period, it is determined that the fault is caused by poor materials, processes or
functions. After providing the corresponding proof of purchase, Cretbee will repair or replace the spare parts for free. Different series of products and accessories enjoy different warranty periods, you can check the product warranty list for details.
If the equipment exists in the following circumstances, Cretbee will have the right to reject offering the free warranty service within the warranty period:
a. Damage caused by cleaning, lubrication and other operations not authorized by Cretbee:
b. Damage caused by accidents, moisture, stains, sand, water, mold, corrosion, unauthorized modification, unauthorized maintenance, or by third party equipment;
c. Damage caused by incorrect installation, application and operation without following the instructions of the product manual;
d. Unable to provide valid original purchase proof and original purchase invoice.
If a part of the product is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the remaining warranty
period of the entire product will apply to this part, and the repair or
replacement of the part will not extend the warranty period.
Within 1 month warranty (except man-made damage) the merchant bears
the freight; 1 year warranty, the buyer is responsible for shipping back. More than one year to provide maintenance services, buyers bear all costs.

Consumables are not covered by warranty and are product parts or assemblies that are prone to wear and consumption during the operation of the product. In case of wear and tear, you need to purchase and replace. If there is any product quality problem, please contact the online customer service within 7 working
days after signing for processing.
Cretbee equipment provides 1 year non-human factors damage warranty, except for printing supplies, LCD screen, FEP film and other accessories, the construction board (fall, tool scratches), trough appearance damage, cover splashed resin is not covered by the warranty, private modification disassembly equipment is not
covered by the warranty.
Warranty Policy
If the product has a performance failure during the valid warranty period, you can apply for product warranty service.
The following conditions must be met to implement free warranty service:
- Since the purchase of the product, the product has been used normally within the specified product warranty period, and the product has a non-human performance failure;
- Failure to modify or install according to unofficial manuals, or other failures caused by non-human factors;
- Make a product repair request within 1 year from the date of receipt, and provide a valid purchase certificate, document and order number, as well as corresponding product information, fault information, etc.
The following situations are not eligible for free product warranty service:
- Collision or burning accidents caused by human factors other than product quality issues;
- Damage caused by modification, disassembly, opening of the shell, etc. according to unofficial manual instructions;
- Damage or water ingress caused by installation, use, and operation not in accordance with the manual instructions;
- Damage caused by customers during repair, assembly, and installation without official instructions and guidance;
- Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues when used with third-party components not certified by Cret Bee;
- Machine serial number, factory label and other labels are torn or altered;
- After contacting Cret Bee to confirm the warranty service, the corresponding product is not shipped within 7 natural days.
